Rates:  Nightly rate, based on double occupancy starting at $85.00 USD.  Additional guests add $15.00 USD  per person.  We also offer corporate and long term discounts.  Applicable state and city taxes will be added. Reservations:  An advance deposit in the amount of one night's stay is required for reservations.  Cash, personal checks, Visa and Master Card are accepted.  Rates are subject to change without advance notice.  Cancellation Policy:  Should you need to cancel your reservation and notify us at least 72 hours before arrival date, we will allow a credit equal to your deposit toward a future stay, or refund  your deposit, less a $15.00 processing fee. Check In Times:  From 3:00 pm, the day of your check in date.  If arriving after 8:00 pm please call  in advance for check-in arrangements. Check Out Times:  By 12:00 pm, the date of your departure.
